Youvit intends to become a leading Emerging Asia based nutrition brand focused on unlocking the potential of the Aspiring Middle Class. Our (ad)venture was founded out of a passion for building consumer health ventures that serve consumers in densely populated economies across Emerging Asia.  

We believe that the nutrition industry is broken and ripe for disruption. Large corporations serving mass market consumers put health-sounding brand names on basically unhealthy products, while the well-informed millennial population in emerging economies is craving for young and innovative brands that offer affordable premium products, that have sustainability in their DNA, and that have a passion for the consumer they serve. Our distribution strategy is based on retail, online sales and partnerships, thereby fostering consistent intake and repeat purchase.  

By developing our own brand of premium products, focused on Health, Beauty and Performance, we bring quality products within reach of the Aspiring Middle Class. By doing so, we can improve their diets and overall health, and consequently unlock their potential. Although data driven decision making and IT play an important role in the development of our venture, we believe in an old school business approach, based on solid fundamentals. Technology is for us an enabler and accelerator versus a key revenue driver. 

Youvit’s first product, the world’s best tasting multivitamin gummy, was launched in April 2017 and quickly became the best-selling vitamin products selling over 1,400,000 sachets in the first 18 months in 15,000 retail locations. We have successfully launched six products with several new products planned with the aim to expand to 35,000 retail outlets by the end of 2023. To scale our operations into new sales channels, new categories and new markets, we intend to board strong new team members who are eager to support us with bringing our journey to the next phase. 



Responsibilities of our Senior Brand Manager, including but not limited to: You will be focusing on the planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluating the marketing programs and campaigns that align with the brand strategy and meet the company's business and brand objectives. In short, you are one of the Generals of Branding & Marketing Team in Youvit.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Brand Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with overall business goals.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Close collaboration with Sales team to shape the impactful marketing and branding strategies to sales performance and marketing KPIs.

  1. Brand & Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute brand campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing, PR, and events.
  • Ensuring consistency of brand message across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure brand consistency in new product launches.


  1. Market Analysis and Insights:
  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities for brand growth and improvement.
  • Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
  • Conduct regular SWOT analysis to evaluate brand strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.


  1. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Lead, mentor and collaborate with a team of Assistant Brand Manager, Brand Activations, and Consumer Insight.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment with cross-functional teams, including sales, e-Commerce, product development, creative, and finance teams.
  • Manage relationships with external parties, including KOLs, agencies and vendors to ensure high- quality deliverables and long-term partnerships.
  1. Budget Management:
  • Plan, manage and monitor brand budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Monitor spending to stay within budget and maximize ROI on marketing investments.


  1. Brand Equity and Awareness:
  • Drive marketing initiatives to increase brand equity and awareness among target audiences.
  • Together with Brand Activations, manage brand partnerships and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility.


  1. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to keep the brand competitive.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and innovation in brand management practices.



  • Bachelor's degree from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.25
  • At least 5 years of marketing/branding related experience in an FMCG (highly preferable if experience with health, beauty, and/or kids product) with a proven track record.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive, hardworking, creative, and willing to learn
  • Strong passion for branding/marketing
  • Experience in data analysis
  • Passionate about healthy lifestyle
