Youvit’s first product, the world’s best tasting multivitamin gummy, was launched in April 2017 and quickly became the best-selling vitamin products selling over 1,400,000 sachets in the first 18 months in 15,000 retail locations. We have successfully launched six products with several new products planned with the aim to expand to 35,000 retail outlets by the end of 2023. To scale our operations into new sales channels, new categories and new markets, we intend to board strong new team members who are eager to support us with bringing our journey to the next phase.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead our E-commerce Marketplace Management and Online Marketing efforts. As the key driver of our online sales targets, you will take ownership of forecasting, ensuring seamless operations, and optimizing our marketplace presence. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in growing and managing social commerce through live streaming, affiliate programs, and collaboration with content creators.

  1. Sales Targets, Forecasting, and Budget Monitoring:
  • Own and manage online sales targets with precision, delivering accurate sales forecasts to drive business performance.
  • Ensure cost effectiveness in line with online sales budget targets

2. Distributor Operations:

  • Oversee distributor operations, ensuring seamless end-to-end service from order processing to delivery and customer support, consistently meeting or surpassing service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure proper stock management and PO recommendation with the distributor

3. Collaboration and Exposure:

  • Actively engage with retailer programs to maximize marketplace exposure through strategic initiatives such as banners, flash sales, and more.
  • Collaborate closely with distribution management and the supply chain team to maintain optimal stock levels at both distributor and platform levels.

4. Promotional Strategies:

  • Develop and implement promotional nominations for major and thematic campaigns across marketplaces to drive sales and visibility.

5. Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with marketplace key account managers, conducting regular business reviews to extract valuable insights and opportunities for growth.

6. Social Commerce:

  • Lead and manage social commerce initiatives, including live streaming, affiliate programs, and partnerships with content creators to enhance online sales channels.

7. Creative Assets:

  • Collaborate with the design team to create compelling creative briefs for online marketing assets, aligning them with in-store and e-commerce campaign needs.
  • Align key brand campaigns with marketplaces to secure enhanced support and visibility.

8. Optimization and Analysis:

  • Optimize marketplace presence and merchandise presentation to boost conversion rates through consumer trend analysis and competitor benchmarking.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with brands to expand reach and attract new audiences.

      Qualifications 

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field
      • Minimum of 3-4 years of work experience as an eCommerce Manager, Sales Manager or a related role from a consumer goods / FMCG brand (preferred) or e-commerce platform
      • Ability to manage flexible work timings
      • Complete knowledge of eCommerce procedures and techniques
      • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and other marketing tools
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Experience in leading a small team
      • Strong communication and external relationship skills
      • Basic understanding of eCommerce industry trends and procedures
      • Strong marketing and technical background
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
      • Having a positive attitude
      • Understanding of data analysis and business principles
      • Efficiency in addressing clients queries
      • Good decision-making skills
      • Highly motivated
      • Ability to maintain a professional approach
