We are seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead our E-commerce Marketplace Management and Online Marketing efforts. As the key driver of our online sales targets, you will take ownership of forecasting, ensuring seamless operations, and optimizing our marketplace presence. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in growing and managing social commerce through live streaming, affiliate programs, and collaboration with content creators.

1.      Sales Targets and Forecasting:

a.     Own and meticulously manage online sales targets while providing accurate forecasting.

2.     Operations Oversight:

a.     Oversee distributor operations to ensure end-to-end service excellence, from order processing to deliveries and customer responses, meeting or exceeding service level agreements.

3.     Collaboration and Exposure:

a.     Actively collaborate with retailer programs to leverage marketplace exposure through banners, flash sales, etc.

b.     Work closely with distribution management and the supply chain team to ensure stock availability at distributor and platform levels.

4.     Promotional Strategies:

a.     Prepare promotional nominations for major and thematic campaigns in marketplaces.

5.     Relationship Management:

a.     Manage relationships with marketplace key account managers, organizing monthly/quarterly business reviews to gain relevant insights.

6.     Social Commerce:

a.     Drive and manage social commerce initiatives, including live streaming, affiliate programs, and content creator sales.

Online Marketing:

1.       Creative Briefs and Alignment:

a.     Collaborate with content creators and the design team to create creative briefs for online marketing assets.

b.     Align brand key campaigns with marketplaces to secure support and exposure.

2.     Optimization and Analysis:

a.     Optimize the look and feel of marketplaces and merchandise to increase conversion rates through consumer trend analysis and competitor assessments.

b.     Identify strategic brand partners to broaden exposure to new audiences.

3.     Digital Content Strategies: 

a.     Provide creative ideas for content marketing and optimize website and marketplace product images.

4.     Performance and Monitoring: 

a.     Monitor and measure the performance of partnerships and online marketing initiatives.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience as an eCommerce Manager, Sales Manager, or a related role from a consumer goods / FMCG brand (preferred) or e-commerce platform
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Ability to manage flexible work timings
  • Complete knowledge of eCommerce procedures and techniques
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and other marketing tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in leading a small team
  • Strong communication and external relationship skills 
  • Basic understanding of eCommerce industry trends and procedures
  • Strong marketing and technical background
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
  • Having a positive attitude
