Build brand exposure through social media platforms and leverage communication channels for increasing brand awareness & consumer engagement. As a Social Media Executive at YOUVIT, you will manage & monitor consumer engagement on various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube Channel), online community and KOL’s endorsement. More specifically you’ll get to:

1. Create Social Media strategy to support marketing campaigns for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube Channel).

  • Create social media overall strategy and execution that not only strengthen brand exposure but also increases conversion and support lead generation.
  • Create monthly editorial plan content in each social media platform.
  • Publish engaging daily content (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
  • Design & implement social media positions & content to increase engagement & followers.
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
  • Responding to customer inquiries & comments on social platforms in a timely manner.
  • Manage database & customer service through digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the cross department team. Eg. marketing, creative, sales and nutritionist to ensure brand message consistency.

2. Select & collaborate with Key Opinion Leader (KOL) from socmed influencers (IG, TikTok, Youtube Influencers).

  • Involve in ideation/creation of influencer campaign in acquiring & maintaining KOL/influencers.
  • Create brief for KOL and liaise with them to support marketing campaign.
  • Negotiate KOL’s costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Analyze & monitor KOL performance.
  • Report KOL performance based on KPI for each of the campaigns.

3. Expose the brand through marketing communication activity, such as public relation, online and offline media publishers.

  • Conduct public relation initiatives.
  • Create & distribute press releases to inform marketing campaigns or product launches.
  • Conduct press event virtual or onsite
  • Maintain relationships with media, by sending press seeding and press kit regularly.
  • Expose brand communication to online and offline media publishers.
  • Collaborate with media publishers to expose the brand paid & non-paid program. Eg. Female Daily, Fimela, Clozette, etc.
  • Collaborate with the health & beauty community and in conjunction with media get media exposure.

4. Team

  • Manage Social media team members’performance and development


  • At least 5 years of working experience in Senior Social Media and Community Executive role.
  • Proven work experience in social media content management.
  • Having good and extensive networking with KOL/ influencers/communities.
  • Excellent communication & copywriting skills
  • Have experience in collaborating with online and offline media / publishers.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Able to measure social media engagement
  • Savvy with current trends in social media and digital marketing.
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Great time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player and love to interact with people.
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Communication or Business is preferred.
