Youvit’s first product, the world’s best tasting multivitamin gummy, was launched in April 2017 and quickly became the best-selling vitamin products selling over 1,400,000 sachets in the first 18 months in 15,000 retail locations. We have successfully launched six products with several new products planned with the aim to expand to 35,000 retail outlets by the end of 2023. To scale our operations into new sales channels, new categories and new markets, we intend to board strong new team members who are eager to support us with bringing our journey to the next phase.

●      Sales Forecasting

o  Precision in Forecasting | Develop and maintain the sales forecasting process in collaboration with the sales team to combine baseline figures with (trade) marketing related building blocks.

o  Targeted Purchasing Success| Monitor and work together with the Distribution Management Team to achieve distributor purchasing targets for each product category.

o  Dynamic Forecast Alignment | Conduct monthly rolling forecasts with distributors based on internal sales forecasts for the upcoming 3 months.


●      Demand Planning

o  Efficient New Product Launch | Streamline the pipeline process for launching new products to distributors and retailers.

o  Continuous Forecast Improvement | Conduct regular forecast accuracy reviews with trade marketing and sales teams to enhance the demand planning process.

o  Collaborative Demand Planning| Organize and lead demand planning meetings with supply chain and sales leadership.

o  Optimizing Returns | Analyze, monitor, and propose actions to minimize returns from retailers and distributors.

o  Insightful Dashboard Utilization | Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to develop and utilize sales operation dashboards, including factory output monitoring.

o  Proactive Stock Management | Evaluate and propose actions to enhance stock availability in distributors, retailer distribution centers, and stores.

o  Enhancing Service Excellence | Monitor and propose actions to improve service levels in distributors and key retailers in terms of on-time and in-full deliveries.

●      Commercial Business Process Management

o  Profitability Tracking| Manage and monitor spending on TTA, SKP, product returns, materials, and manpower across sales channels to track profitability on a retailer level.

o  CRM Excellence | Oversee and ensure diligent and consistent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) by the Account Management and Distribution Management team.

o  On-Time Campaign Execution | Manage and monitor campaign planning in coordination with Product Development, Supply Chain, and (Trade) Marketing to execute (Trade) Marketing Plans according to the timeline.

o  Data-Driven Decision Making | Oversee the adoption of Google Data Studio dashboards for daily use by the Account Management and Distribution Management team.

o  Marketing Material Management | Forecast, coordinate production, and manage the inventory of samples, POS materials, distributor sales kits, and field team sales kits.


●      Team Work

o  Effective Team Management | Manage the sales operation analyst supporting the responsibilities outlined above.

o  Cross Functional Collaboration | Collaborate with the Account Management team, Distribution team, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Product Development, and other functions to achieve common goals.

o  Work as a Team | Be ready to jump in and help out on many other related topics.




●      Solid academic background;

●      A minimum of five years of work experience in a fast-paced work environment, experience in modern trade sales & distribution for consumer health products is preferred;

●      Excellent communication and writing skills; Good command in English and Bahasa Indonesia;

●      Demonstrated strong analytical skills - 'getting-things-done' over a process driven mentality; systematic thinking, strong analytical, communication and excellent problem-solving skills;

●      High moral standards and personal qualities of integrity, credibility, commitment to the business;

●      Able to work within an ambiguous and fast-paced environment;

●      Strong feeling of responsibility.
