Responsibilities 

Our Junior Visual Merchandiser will have the following responsibilities:

1.    Ideation

a.      Creating & implementing a visual merchandising strategy for the store

b.      Researching market and design trends that will inform the visual merchandising strategy

2.    Design

a.      Generating sketches of visual displays that meet YOU’s visual design requirements

b.      Finalizing designs and creating detailed Planogram and floor plans for displays

3.    Installation

a.      Liaising with other retail Professionals, Vendors, and Retail Merchandiser/visual

4.    Merchandisers

Installing and setting up Point of Sales Materials and in-store display & supervising contractors hired for this purpose

Qualifications

·    Solid academic background, preferably with Interior design, Product Design & DKV background

·    A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a fast-paced work environment

·    Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia

·    Creative expert in using any 3D software (Sketch up, V-Ray) Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.

·    Having a draw ability and 3D design

·    Demonstrated strong analytical skills – getting-things-done over process-driven mentality, systematic thinking, strong analytical, communications, and excellent problem-solving skill

·    High moral standards and personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the business

·    Able to work within an ambiguous environment

·    Have a passion for being in the field and on the move 24/7

·    Experience working in a start-up company will be a plus
