Growth & Performance Marketing Manager APPLY NOW
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEM, SEO, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok Ads, and email marketing.
- Drive DTC sales growth by developing and executing customer acquisition and retention strategies, including paid and organic search, affiliate marketing, referral programs, and loyalty programs.
- Manage the company's CRM activities, including customer segmentation, email marketing, push notifications, and in-app messaging, to improve engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive business growth.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including traffic, conversions, revenue, ROI, and customer acquisition costs.
- Continuously test and optimize marketing campaigns and strategies to improve performance and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, DTC sales, and CRM.
- Build your own growth team to ensure constant optimization and execution of growth strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a DTC e-commerce environment
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and SEO
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
