Responsibilities

Responsibilities of our Accounting and Finance Associate, including but not limited to:

• Involve in the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, prepare journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation
• Interacts with budget owners or other stakeholders to produce timely, efficient and accurate month-end close
• Responsible accuracy in the general ledger and financial statements and has ultimate authority over classification and booking of all transactions
• Ensure all supporting schedules details (mainly all the balance sheets accounts) are prepared in a timely and accurate manners
• Actively review and advise on financial/accounting processes
• Stay abreast of current accounting regulations (PSAK)
• Liaise with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance

Qualifications

• Solid academic background; Bachelor degree, majored in Accounting/Finance/Tax from reputable University or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA, CGA, Brevet)
• Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG industry as Finance and Tax officer or staff
• Command of Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills and high accuracy
• Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast paced environment at a rapidly growing company.
• High level of ethics and integrity
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships
• Strong feeling of responsibility. High moral standards and personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the business.
