Responsibilities of our Distribution Manager (RSM), including but not limited to:

·       Distribution Development

Existing Partners | Grow the sales volume, increase the coverage and improve the operational efficiency in collaboration with our 5 distributor partners: AAM, SMD, DXP, ALS, CSW.

New Partners | Built new partnerships with distribution partners to grow sales volume, coverage and efficiency of distribution operations.

In-house | Improve efficiency of distribution operations by developing in-house capability for growing the volume of direct to retailer deliveries by PT YOU Indonesia.

·       Distribution Management

Primary Sales | Secure and grow volume of purchasing by distributor to meet secondary sales demands. Plan monthly production in collaboration with supply chain department in support.

Secondary Sales | Secure and grow volume of sales-in from distributor to retailer in order to secure stock availability at store level to meet both basic planogram capacity and Tertiary Sales volume.

Returns | Manage the returns of non-moving products from distributors within a 2% ratio of the secondary sales value.

Service Level Achievement | Achieve a Service Level Achievement (SLA) from distributors to retailers above 95% of purchase value.

·       Distribution Operations

Relationship | Work closely with distributors, retailers and institutions to grow sales and built strong relationships in support of the above.

Productivity Sales Team | Monitoring and Development daily productivity Sales Rep Distributor (Active Outlet, Effective Call, Drop Size, Frequency Call)

Area Expansion | Development area potency Outer Jabotabek (Java area) and Others Area Potency (Sumatera, Kalimantan, Bali Nusra and Outer Island)

In-store Execution | Ensure in store sales and marketing promotions in LAs are properly executed and have a passion for being in the field and on the move 24/7!

Team Work | Be ready to jump in and help out on many other related topics.

·       Account Development

Market Entrance | Built plan of approach to grow sales in GT Channel including mapping functional store universe, sales forecasting, budgeting and a creative sales & marketing plan including a mix of trade/consumer promotions, visibility and event organizing.

GT Channel | Penetrate and grow the sales of YOUVIT within the national portfolio of Local Accounts (MTI), Independent Pharmacy Baby Shops (BS), GT Cosmetics and Derma Clinics. Amongst others potency, channels like Salons, Gym, School,

Weighted Distribution | Make sure distribution at GT Channel to focus Outlet Potency with strategy Weighted Distribution

Channel Activation | Build creative sales and marketing plans in collaboration with Trade Marketing team and Marketing, negotiate strong partnerships for their execution. Channel Activation includes arrangement of product availability, frontliner engagement and product visibility through usage of product displays (a.o. Check-Out-Counter displays) and various Point of Sale Materials (POSM).



  • Solid academic background, good command in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in any field
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experiences in FMCG as Regional Sales Manager Applicants must willing to travel around the dedicated regions
  • Deep understanding of operational sales & distribution all channel
  • Good communication, data analysis, & reporting
  • Able to manage and develop team member well
  • High achiever, target oriented
