You will be focusing on the execution of marketing programs and campaigns that align with the brand strategy and meet the company's business and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create marketing plan that combines own, earned and buy medias
  • Execute marketing programs and campaigns align with brand strategy
  • Create communication campaign concepts and work closely with the creative team.
  • Manage the integrated brand communication online & offline using a variety of media.
  • Monitor the success of marketing campaigns and creating iteration/improvement plans
  • Supervise advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
  • Analyze consumer & market insights to define marketing activity for the right product & channel. Work closely with consumer insights dept.
  • Analyze market potential and fine tune product innovation concept. Work closely with product development dept.
  • Synergize O2O (Offline to Online) marketing activity. Work closely with the digital marketing team.
  • Execute a launching/go to market plan of new product/brand distribution, forecasts and plans
  • Manage HCPs, KOLs, and community to enhance brand credibility through marketing activity.
  • Together with sales, create trade marketing and end consumer marketing programmes to ensure strong sell out.
  • Manage budget to be disciplined in proposing, using, and monitoring.
  • Balance knowledge of BPOM compliances, consumer - competitor insight and creativity-mass communication skills.


  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least three years’ of marketing/branding related experience in an FMCG (highly preferrable if experience with beauty product) with a proven track record.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive, hardworking and willing to learn
  • Strong passion for branding/marketing
  • Experience in data analysis
