Responsibilities

·     Attract, negotiate, and manage day-to-day relationships with 50-100s affiliators in social commerce platform (Tiktok)

·     Increase Youvit affiliate creators club number

·     Recap, analyze, report about affiliate & influencer marketing programs either the internal program or Tiktok support's program

·     Monitor and optimize each KOLs performance, make sure to achieve campaign target

·     Create quotations, invoice, agreement letter, and other documents corresponding with KOL collaborations

·     Manage the diligent of timeline from the content creators posting

·     Responsible for building, recruiting, managing, training, and evaluating the live streaming operation team, improving business processes, and establishing various departmental rules and regulations.

·     Responsible for live streaming activity such as script formulation, OBS optimization, host scheduling, submitting product livestream promo plan push

·     Responsible for internal communication and coordination within the department such as digital marketing team, e-commerce team regarding livestreaming activities

·     Responsible for following up on various problems that arise during the live streaming, providing feedback and reasonable solutions.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Public Relations, or related major

·       Having at least 1 - 2 years experience as a KOL Specialist\

·       Outstanding skills in communication, presentation, negotiation and problem-solving

·       Able to operate Google Workspace, especially google sheet. Basic to intermediate excel formulas.

·       Familiar with a digital campaign and creating work documents (agreement letters, Invoice)

·       Creative in building content and able to identify target audience preferences

·       Responsible, honest, ambitious.

·       Attention to details and organized

·       Target-oriented

Able to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment.
