Responsibilities of our Accounting & Compliance Manager, including but not limited to:

·       Oversee and manage the general accounting functions

·       Conduct month-end and year-end closing

·       Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness

·       Performing monthly balance sheet and PL reconciliation

·       Analyze transactions with internal and external stakeholders (e.g claims distributor)

·       Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end

·       Examine tax policies and handle tax payments and returns

·       Evaluate the efficiency of policy/procedures and improve them continuously

·       Identify potential vulnerabilities and compliance risks

·       Manage and review legal documents

·       Managing Compliance plan and Controls Assurance

·       Contributing to monthly operating budgets and performance projections

·       Reporting on compliance

Qualifications

·      Solid academic background; Bachelor degree, majored in Accounting/Finance/Tax from reputable University or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, CA, CGA, Brevet)

·      Minimum 3 years experience in audit firm (preferrably big 4)

·      Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG industry as accounting manager

·      Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills and financial modelling skills.

·      Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast paced environment at a rapidly growing company.

·      High level of ethics and integrity

·      Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges

·      Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships

·      Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes;

·      Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities;

·      Able to work within an ambiguous and fast-paced environment;
